How It Works
Your journey with RPS Review Center, step by step.

Step 1 — Enroll & Create Your Account
1. On the landing page, click "Enroll Now" (or Sign Up) and fill in your name and email address.
2. Create your password and submit the registration form.
3. Check your email for the verification code and enter it to activate your account.
4. Wait for the admin to approve your enrollment — you will be notified by message and email once approved.

Step 2 — First Sign-In & Password
1. Sign in with your email and the password you created (or the temporary password the admin issued).
2. If you signed in with a temporary password, you will be asked to change it immediately — choose a permanent password you will remember.
3. Your account works on both the website and the mobile app, but only one device may be signed in at a time.

Step 4 — Payments & Proof of Payment
1. Open the Payments page to see your tuition summary and the accepted payment channels.
2. Pay through any of the listed channels (GCash, bank, or on-site).
3. Upload a clear photo of your receipt as proof of payment.
4. The admin verifies your proof — verified payments extend your access to the study areas.

Step 3 — Complete & Verify Your Profile
1. After enrollment approval, you will be asked to complete your student profile: personal details, education background, and a valid ID photo.
2. Submit the profile — it locks for review while the admin verifies your information.
3. Once verified, your profile is locked and only the admin can edit it (you may still update your contact number).
4. Your access level and study areas are granted when the admin verifies your profile.

Step 5 — Accessing Your Study Areas & Files
1. From the dashboard, open any subject tile to see its study areas: The Rewind Desk (lecture videos), Curiosity Corner, Rapid Point Sessions, Reviewee Progress Station, and the Book Nook reading library.
2. Click any file to open it in the secure in-app viewer — videos, PDFs, and notes play inside the portal and cannot be downloaded.
3. Mark each item as complete to build your progress record.
4. Visit My Progress to see your completion per subject and sub-subject.

Step 6 — Quizzes, Progress & Support
1. Take subject quizzes in the Reviewee Progress Station — scores are saved to your dashboard.
2. Track your class standing and mastery in the Progress Dashboard.
3. Use Messages to talk privately with the admin, and Help & Requests for any support needs.
4. Post and reply in the Forum to discuss with fellow reviewees.
